Covid-19 update: I believe that for those needing help, counselling is an essential need and will therefore be keeping my practice open. I am taking all precautions possible to prevent any transmission of the virus. Should any existing or prospective client prefer to have a consultation via Skype, Facetime or simply by telephone, then I am happy to do that also. Please just let me know what is best for you.
I am an experienced BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) registered counsellor offering effective therapy in a private and confidential setting in Camberley, Surrey.
At times in life we all find ourselves facing situations or challenges which we can find distressing and sometimes difficult to cope with. Having a safe, confidential space to feel heard and explore what is going on can be extremely beneficial.
Counselling can help make a real difference in how we think or feel about things and help us make the changes we want for a happier future.
I have extensive experience of working with a broad range of issues, including; depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, relationships, redundancy, anger management and self esteem. More specifically, covering areas such as OCD, eating disorders, physical, psychological and sexual abuse, bereavement and post traumatic stress disorder (PSTD).
Your confidentiality is extremely important and you can contact me safely by telephone or email. If I am unavailable when you call, please leave a message on my confidential answering service and I will return your call.
